Tardiness is at your own detriment. Countdown begins at the time of your scheduled appointment. For example therefore, if you are 15 minutes late for a 1-hour appointment, you are entitled to the remaining 45 minutes of service time. 

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
