Tardiness is at your own detriment. Countdown begins at the time of your scheduled appointment. Therefore, if you are 10 minutes late for a 50-minute scalp massage treatment, you are entitled to the remaining 40 minutes of the head massage service.

Rescheduling is accepted up to 24 hours before your appointment located at 137 Rivington St. in Manhattan. If you cancel within 24 hours of the service and have a voucher, it will be redeemed and become void. Otherwise your card on file will be charged a $50 fee. In extreme cases or emergencies, the fee/void will be waived.
